The Nurture Your School program is flexible for your needs. It can be during school hours or after school. The goal is to teach key lessons about wellness while getting the kids actively engaged in both cooking, wellness and physical activity.

Nurture Your Elementary School
The Nurture program for grades K-5 is made up of interactive lessons, crafts, activities and recipes that get students excited about making healthier choices. The “Get Moving!” activities allow children to burn off a little extra energy during the day while promoting cardiovascular capacity, flexibility and balance and/or strength.
Note: please see the guidelines on each craft/ activity as some are for younger audience and some are for older grades. Lessons are separated out by the grades that the lesson plan is targeted for (K-2 or 3-5).
The Nurture program for Middle School kids is designed to teach key lessons about wellness while getting the kids actively engaged in both cooking and physical activity.
The cooking program takes kids on a trip around the world learning about cuisines in various countries and from different cultures.
The physical activity component is designed to promote 30-60 minutes of physical activity each day and includes stretching, strength training and cardiovascular exercises.
